In 2012, after a hard work to get the ACT (Apple Certified Trainer) certification for Final Cut Pro X, I successfuly promoted our faculty Apple laboratory to an Apple Authorised Training Centre for Education. It is the first and the only AATCe in Slovak Republic, based at the Slovak University of Technology, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology in Bratislava. I am still taking care of and responsible for the training centre. In the mean time, I extended my ACT certifications for Apple OS X Support and Server Essentials courses.

In 2016 we grounded a non-profit organisation called Inventum (officialy Invencia to je umenie n.o.), which is focused on additional and practical education in the field of IT, low-cost HW, 3D printing and everything around it. Our aim is to develop an advanced maker-zone for students and a good innovative background for start-ups.

GoTest!

---

GoTest! is a mobile app which serves as a preparation tool for national testing of math knowledge in the 5th grade of primary school (approx. at the age of 10). The app was developed in cooperation with educational specialists who have been creating educational content for over 20 years. The app is available for iOS and Android mobile operating systems and has a web-based content authoring tool in the background. You can see the promo video here. I was responsible for the complete project management, content digitalization and some technical designs.

PocketPORT

PocketPORT is a service in the form of an iOS app, which provides a unique way to track performance of stock portfolios. As a project manager, I was responsible for coordination of the whole project. I worked together with financial specialists on the mathematical model. I also presented this project on stage at TechMatch Slovakia conference.

My web portal for Slovak teachers and educators from primary, secondary, higher education schools and schools for students with special education needs, as well as parents. Teachers can exchange their experience with using (mainly) Apple technology in education or find ready-to-use educational materials for specialized apps. There is also a section dedicated to introduce the APD (Apple Professional Development) training catalogue.

This is a teacher training program about implementing iPads in education I created for TRACO Computers, an Apple Premium Reseller. The curriculum covers topics such as basic navigation, universal apps like the iWork suite, specialised educational apps and creating modern educational content. It was approved by the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic. I am responsible for managing and delivering the trainings and maintaining the website.
